RETURNS

REFUNDS

We will issue your refund once your return arrives in our warehouse and has passed our quality test. Note that it can take 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Please allow further 4-6 business days for your refund to show in your bank

CAN I RETURN 2 ORDERS IN ONE PACKAGE?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return two different orders in one package, we therefore kindly ask you to return your orders separately and to register each one of them on our return page.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?

POP-UP STORES RETURN POLICY

Products purchased from a Powerlete event will be refunded with store credit in the full amount. We don’t provide cash refunds for products purchased at events. If you wish to return something from a pop-up store please contact Customer Support.

Items marked as final sale are only available for exchange of the same item. This also subject to availability.
