HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?Updated 2 years ago

If you want to be able to track your return package, make sure to keep your postage receipt once you have handed over your package to the carrier. You should be able to find the tracking number printed on the receipt.

To track the status of your return:

1. Go to the carrier’s website

2. Look for the tracking section

3. Enter your tracking number

The latest tracking update will let you know if your package is still on its way to us or if it has already reached the warehouse (London/United Kingdom).

Please note that it can take 5-7 business days for your return package to be processed once it has reached our warehouse.
