WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?Updated 2 years ago

1. Women’s swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact.
2. Men’s swimwear can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.
3. Underwear can be returned as long as the hygiene strip has not been removed.
4. If an item is marked as Final Sale, this item is non-returnable.
5. Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.

Items must be in new and unworn condition, as well as being complete with their original packaging. Returns with signs of use will be rejected.

Any sign of scent (including deodorant) or any hair (human or animal) will result in the return being rejected.

If you have requested an exchange for an item which is more expensive then your return item, you will be able to upgrade the exchange when submitting this on our exchange portal.

Returns registered separately cannot be returned as one, even if they are from the same order. Combining registered returns will slow down the refund process!
